Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving the product if:

- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused and in its original packaging
Non-Returnable Items

- Clearance or sale items
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
- Amount will be transferred through bank transfer, Easypaisa , JazzCash ,etc
Exchange Policy
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Charges
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Order Cancellation
Orders can only be canceled before shipment.
